Bu hatayı gidermek için Windows Powershellde şu komutları çalıştırmalısınız.

Install-WindowsFeature server-media-foundation



Komutu çalıştırdıktan sonra restart sonrası Exchange 2013 CU1 kurulumuna yapabilirsiniz.
